Program Policies
1. Freedom With Purpose Inc. shall have the right to refuse admittance or to dismiss any person whom they deem to be unqualified for any program at any time.
2. Yearly Membership: Monthly Fee: This program is created as a yearly membership. Upon registration for this program, you shall pay the first month’s fee, and a commitment deposit equal to your first month’s fee. This commitment deposit shall be used as payment for the 12th month’s fee of your current twelve (12) month term. Should you, for any reason, resign from this program and not complete the twelve (12) month term you are registered for, your commitment deposit will not be returned nor applied towards another month, and will be used as an administration fee.
At the end of each year (12 month term), renewal is automatic, unless you notify us in writing. Once your registration is in progress, you will not be able to pause or put your account on hold during any part of your payment schedule.
Yearly Membership: Annual Fee: This program is created as a yearly membership. Upon registration for this program, you shall pay a flat rate per year. Should you, for any reason, resign from this program and not complete the twelve (12) month term you are registered for, your membership will then change to the yearly membership: monthly fee plan, and you will be charged or credited as per the balance remaining back to the date of registration.
At the end of each year (12 month term), renewal is automatic, unless you notify us in writing. Once your registration is in progress, you will not be able to pause or put your account on hold during any part of your payment schedule.

3. You are responsible for paying all monthly dues, deposits, applicable taxes and administration fees for your programs and will be charged monthly whether you participate in the programs or not. There is no credit for missed months.
4. A $35.00 administration fee will be charged to your account for each occurrence of: a) Cheques returned NSF; b) Denied credit card authorizations; and c) Late payments.
5. Should your account fall into arrears, you understand that your program registration will be suspended until all fees have been paid.
6. Many programs are email driven and therefore all participants must have an individual email address (not-shared).
7. Freedom With Purpose Inc. reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the program as necessary.
